To design an automatic hand sanitizer dispenser, first, we will need a container to store soapy water. After that, we will need something that will pump soap water and this thing is a DC water pump. The DC water pump will pump out soapy water for us. When the light emitted from LED on the LDR obstructed by the hands, the resistance of LDR is increased. The LDR along with sensing element 1M potentiometer is connected to 2 and 6 pair of IC 555.
